Knead Time

I'm trying to get into the habit of making more and buying less, aren't we all? I've been baking sweet and savoury goods and cooking up all kinds of recipes for as long as I can remember - it helps to have been raised by the real Suzy Homemaker. Except, I had never tried bread from scratch. I can understand that my mum draws the line at kneading loaves every week. It's a lot of work. But my life still has room for that kind of thing so I'm (attempting at) making it a goal to bake fresh loaves regularly. My first batch turned out awesomely. I would post the recipe but it was quite generic, so just Google it, my kneady friends.
